If we are busy, the first thing we ignore is our health. That’s why most of the office going guys and now a day’s even college guys are having fat belly.

1. Avoid taking lifts – Take Stairs
My office is at 3rd floor so I always take stairs. But if your office is at 15th floor so you can take stairs for first 5 floor and then take lift for the remaining floors
Taking stairs will keep your joints running and heart healthy.
2. Pack small snacks to avoid eating junk food
I always keep mix dry fruits or apple or cucumber or carrots or black chana with me in the day. So that whenever I feel like eating, I eat these healthy options.
Healthy snacks will help you avoid eating outside unhealthy food and thereby keep your body in shape.
3. Walk after lunch
I have a practice of walking atleast 20 minutes after lunch. Usually the afternoon time is very dull but I always feel more active after walking.
Walking after meal helps you digest food properly and do not let fat accumulate in the body.
4. Light and healthy evening snack
Now a days you can find good snack option such as sprout chat, mix fruit plate or boiled egg. I have seen most of the guys eating fried foods in the evening which is one of the major cause of obesity.
Healthy evening snacks helps you avoid junk food and thus help you tackle obesity
5. Replace normal tea/coffee with green tea
This is a very simple hack one can follow to replace all the sugar laden beverages with fat burning green tea.
Green Tea provides our body with all the much needed fat burning antioxidants.
6. Chew food many times
It’s extremely simple habit to follow but has extreme health benefits.
Chewing food many times helps in digestion and also help you avoid overeating as you will always be aware of how much you are eating
7. Walk 5 min every hour
I have set an alarm which rang every 1 hour during the day. As soon as I hear the alarm I walk for 5 min no matter where I am. If it’s a small space I walk to and fro but I make sure to walk for 5 min.
Walking every hour for 5 min will never let your body accumulate fat and also divert your mind from daily stress
This fitness plan do not involve travelling to gym or running for 1 hour or even extreme dieting. But if you will accommodate this fitness plan in your daily busy schedule, you will definitely notice a positive change in your health.
Never forget to take care of your body as it is the only place you are going to live in.
